Paris Peace Conf. 103.93/63

Lieutenant R. E. Condon84 to the Secretary General of the Commission to Negotiate Peace (Grew)

My Dear Mr. Grew: Following the suggestion contained in your letter of July 30,85 regarding the interchange of wireless service between the United States and France for the use of the American Commission to Negotiate Peace, Mr. White mentioned the matter to M. Clemenceau, who simply remarked that we should continue to use this service as heretofore. Therefore, Mr. White suggests that, if you consider it necessary that any further arrangements should be made, this message be communicated to Colonel Cartier, suggesting that he obtain the necessary authorization from M. Clemenceau.

I return herewith your letter under date of July 30 on this subject.

Respectfully,

R. E. Condon
  1. Secretary to Commissioner Henry White.
