36. Urtel 113 Apr 1.76 Dept has received no indication Ho in disfavor Moscow. On contrary, criticism Ho in Communist press has been absent. Latest issues L’Humanité available Dept (Feb 11 and previous) feature articles by Indochina correspondent L’Hermite quoting Ho with approval, which would hardly be case if Ho expelled from party. L’Humanité probably most authoritative Communist organ outside Russia.
