716. From Pell. At meeting of War Crimes Commission January 25, Norwegian representative reported that his Government would be willing to have all work relating to war crimes centralized in present Commission and that it considered technical committee superfluous. Chinese, Australian, Belgian, Dutch and Polish representatives said the same. Chairman Hurst concurred for Great Britain. No disagreement was expressed. [Pell.]
