Extradition treaties signed between the United States and certain other countries

[Supplementary extradition treaties of the nature described in the Department’s telegram of March 10, 1934, 1 p.m., to the Ambassador in France, Foreign Relations, 1934, volume I, page 794, were signed in 1936 between the United States and the following countries:

  • Denmark, May 6, Treaty Series No. 911; 50 Stat. 1308.
  • France, April 23, Treaty Series No. 909; 50 Stat. 1117.
  • Rumania, November 10, Treaty Series No. 916; 50 Stat. 1349.

An original extradition treaty between the United States and Liechtenstein, consequent to negotiations conducted through the Swiss Government, was signed on May 20, 1936, Treaty Series No. 915; 60 Stat. 1337.]
