I understand that Zepeda and Gomez are lunching with President Coolidge today and it would be very helpful if Zepeda, after the luncheon, would cable Chamorro, urgently recommending that the electoral law be passed at once. At present the situation in Congress looks somewhat more hopeful than hitherto but it is desirable that every possible influence be brought to bear on the Deputies.
