428. Department’s 182, June 13, 11 a.m. First meeting of Finance Committee of the League of Nations will be held June 21st. I have written a letter to the president of the committee in which I refer to the suggestion made to the Department of State that Dolbeare is ready to attend the meetings insofar as they relate to emergency relief.
