Following telegram, dated El Paso, Texas, February 6, 1912, from Colonel Edgar Z. Steever, Fourth Cavalry, commanding Fort Bliss, Texas, repeated for your information:

Thirteen mounted and armed Mexicans invaded United States territory at Noria, New Mexico, thirty miles west of El Paso today. Immediately sent detachment by train which captured the whole outfit and sixteen horses. Prisoners now in guard house. Railroad officials afraid the Mexicans intended to hold up express trains; Noria only two miles north of international boundary. Juárez continues tranquil.
