Panama, June 19, 1912.

Authorization is requested by the supervisory committee to call upon Tenth Infantry Regiment and Marines Battalion in case, contrary to expectations, their assistance should become necessary to preserve order in Panama City and Colon on election days, June 30 and July 14. Committee recommends withdrawal of marines from the Isthmus should not take place before July 14.
