Your 93, August 7, 6 p.m.⁶⁷ At press conference this afternoon the Secretary said that it was a matter of gratification that the liberal terms of the Haitian Agreement were very satisfactory to all concerned, that it was also gratifying to note that what is generally recognized as a very efficient administration by the Government of President Vincent was measurably responsible for these steps being taken, including the bringing out of the troops the latter part of next year.
