Mr. de la Barra told me last night the matters submitted to him in my memorandum and discussed in my letter to General Huerta yesterday received the attention of the Cabinet. He believed everything could be arranged satisfactorily to the Embassy, and will meet me on Friday to inform me definitely concerning the conclusions of this Government.
