360. For Currie from Arnstein: Generalissimo has decided against Holmes due to his nationality. Present contemplated plan is Chinese managing director with Wilson76 in complete charge of operation and maintenance of all the lend-lease trucks. Wilson will assume duties as soon as he is released from the Army. [Arnstein.]
