To-day at Cocoa Grove one American civilian killed, three wounded, and seven infantry privates, two marine privates wounded, by Panaman police. Three policemen wounded, one reported killed. Investigation thus far indicates an attack by armed police on unarmed soldiers, for no cause except some altercation among themselves.
