Regarding the American protégé, Mohammed ben Lehsen el Filaly, the French officers concerned have apologized and report that the Court Martial have decided not to prosecute him. My British colleague has asked for instructions as to his nationals in any smilar situation, and although the present case is apparently closed I also should appreciate instructions as to future questions of a like nature.
